Shipping to a pick-up point is always free with no minimum. It is more sustainable than direct standard as it helps our delivery partners be more efficient, reduce vehicle emissions, and contribute less to local traffic.
We are committed to making responsible packaging and transport choices and will continue to work towards providing the best options for you and the environment.Please note that full shipping costs, will not be included in the refund, unless the gear was faulty or defective when it arrived.
Returns and exchanges
If you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return your gear for free within 60 days of delivery. We’re unable to offer online exchanges. We aim to process refunds as soon as possible, however the complete process can take up to 14 working days.
